By accessing and using BakeCurator services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup. Custom orders require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation. Wedding cakes and large custom orders have specific cancellation terms that will be discussed at time of order.

Product Quality

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

BakeCurator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
